Depressed and newly unemployed, Nora (Amy Sedaris) seeks help from Arthur (Jeremy Beiler) at the crisis call center Oasis. He is both much less help, and much more, than she expected.

directed and written by the multi-talented Jeremy Beiler (I LOve THat for You, Saturday Night Live), the ensemble cast featuring talents such as Tami Sagher, Ryan HaddAd and Malachi Weir work together to find the funny in crisis. It was produced By Irony Point and shot on a sony venice and Sony FX6 with Sigma Cine Primes.

the Short film premiered at the Tribeca film festival in 2024 and in March of 2025 became part of the new yorker’s screening room series.
